About

Hello and thanks for stopping by my shop. I'm Katie, the creator of a million tiny houses. I started out in ceramics by throwing traditional bowls and mugs on the wheel. When the pandemic struck, my neighborhood ceramics studio shut down and I was forced to find a new creative outlet.

I started working with clay at my kitchen table and shaped a little house. I fell in love, and whole cities later, I haven’t stopped.

My ceramic houses are made of domestic porcelain, nontoxic underglazes and mason stains. Each house is created by hand, and never from a mold. I make all of my own window and door stamps, giving each house it’s own unique personality.

My houses are currently on display at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art in Kansas City and the Columbia Art League in Missouri. My houses have been part of multiple shows across the country!
