This is a village of monochrome ceramic houses inspired by Amsterdam homes! This set fits together like a puzzle. Each house has a different personality with intricate details. These are made from solid stoneware clay and have a heavy, sturdy feel in the hand. I use non-toxic underglazes for color and a non-toxic clear glaze finish. When put together, this village measures a whopping 7 1/2 inches wide - my biggest set yet!
What would one do with a village of clay houses? This would be a lovely birthday gift for someone who loves to travel things, or a miniatures lover. These would also be great in a Waldorf household.
These will be carefully packaged in upcycled bubble wrap and paper packaging
Materials - Stoneware Clay, Nontoxic Glaze
All of my ceramics are handmade by me in Columbia, MO
Based in Columbia, Missouri, I am a small batch potter! I work at my local neighborhood studio and work in ceramics as often as I can until my summer job as a wedding photographer starts up! If you are local to Columbia, feel free to reach out. Ceramics are such a tactile thing, and I'm always happy to show my work in person if possible! ;)
