This is a lovely miniature ceramic match striker that is shaped like a house, with a door and windows! There is one large cat stamped on the front with several HELLO messages! This little vessel holds roughly 40 matches and has a raw striking surface on the roof. This little house works with any "strike anywhere" matches (sold separately because I can't legally ship them). The strike mark is easily wiped clean with a wet rag if you're into a pristine roof. :)
Made from solid clay, and fired at cone 6, this house has a sturdy feel. I use non-toxic underglaze for color and a non-toxic glaze finish.
This clay house is 2 1/2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches deep. It would be a wonderful housewarming gift or birthday gift for someone who loves cats or a cat sitter gift.
This will be carefully packaged safely in upcycled bubble wrap and packaging.
