This is an adorable little ceramic cottage with a bright sunshine and a dog on the front. The striking surface is a fern texture and is unglazed on the left side for striking matches. This holds roughly 40 matches and has a smaller hole to discard the spent match.
This little house works with any "strike anywhere" matches (sold separately because I can't legally ship them!). The striking surface is easily wiped clean with a wet rag.
This would be a wonderful addition to a table centerpiece for lighting candles, or as a housewarming gift for a dog lover with a fireplace! I know that people who love candles also seem to adore these whimsical match strikers.
DIMENSIONS: This match striker is 2 3/4 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches deep.
This will be carefully packaged in upcycled and/or recyclable packaging.
