This is a whimsical village of four ceramic houses, each with a different personality with intricate details! There is a cobblestone house, a brick house, and houses with swirly roof designs. I love the cat peeking out of the arched window behind the cobblestone house! These are made from solid stoneware clay and have heavy, sturdy feel in the hand. I use non-toxic underglazes for color and a non-toxic clear glaze finish. When put together, this village measures four inches wide.
What would one do with a little village of clay houses? These would be a wonderful gift for the cat lady in your life, or a catsitter! These would also look adorable perched inconspicuously on the mantle for guests to take a closer look.
These will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap for a safe delivery!
Materials - Stoneware Clay, Nontoxic Glaze
All of my ceramics are handmade by me in Columbia, MO
All materials used are non-toxic
Based in Columbia, Missouri, I am a small batch potter! I work at my local neighborhood studio and work in ceramics as often as I can until my summer job as a wedding photographer starts up! If you are local to Columbia, feel free to reach out. Ceramics are such a tactile thing, and I'm always happy to show my work in person if possible! ;)
