This is a whimsical village of ceramic houses in an "old world" style similar to the famous houses in Prague. Each house has a different personality with intricate details. These are made from solid stoneware clay and have a heavy, sturdy feel in the hand. I use non-toxic underglazes for color and a non-toxic clear glaze finish.
What would one do with a little village of clay houses? They look adorably unassuming perched on a shelf, but will be the first thing guests ask about! People often use them for terrarium decor. Some incorporate them into fairy garden landscapes. These would also be a fun and unique mother's day gift.
These will be carefully packaged in upcycled wrapping.
