This is my latest favorite set of ceramic houses! This whimsical little ceramic village of four old world style houses all lean together in a puzzle. Every house has a different personality with intricate details. I love the first house with a mysterious staircase behind it leading to a blue door! When put together, this village measures 4 1/2 inches wide and roughly 3 inches tall.
These are made from solid clay, and have a heavy and sturdy feel in the hand. They are fired at cone 6 and use non-toxic underglazes for color and a non-toxic clear glaze finish.
What would one do with a little village of clay houses? They look adorably unassuming perched on a shelf, but will be the first thing guests ask about! People often gift them as a housewarming gift or unique birthday present.
These will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap.
Materials - Stoneware Clay, Nontoxic Glaze
All of my ceramics are handmade by me in Columbia, MO
All materials used are non-toxic
Based in Columbia, Missouri, I am a small batch potter! I work at my local neighborhood studio and work in ceramics as often as I can until my summer job as a wedding photographer starts up! If you are local to Columbia, feel free to reach out. Ceramics are such a tactile thing, and I'm always happy to show my work in person if possible! ;)
